By using this website or engaging 1N1 Scalez for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

1N1 Scalez provides web design and development, CRM and automation setup, and marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are defined in a written proposal or agreement.

Quotes & payment

Projects are quoted as fixed prices agreed in writing before work begins. Payment schedules and terms are set out in the project proposal or invoice.

Client materials

When you provide content — text, images, logos, or other materials — you confirm you own them or have permission to use them.

Ownership & portfolio

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables of your project. 1N1 Scalez may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party services

Websites and systems we build may rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting, fonts, or CRM providers) that have their own terms and pricing, which remain your responsibility to maintain after handoff unless otherwise agreed.

Disclaimer

This website and our services are provided “as is.” While we build everything to perform, we cannot guarantee specific business results, rankings, or revenue outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1N1 Scalez’s total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
